Return and Refund Policy

A Return and Refund policy consists of:

• A refund, exchange or store credit will be given if item(s) are returned within seven (7) days of purchase date. Items must be unused and unopened.
• Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product) will be exchanged with replacement for correct item. If item is no longer wanted, a store credit will be issued once item is returned within seven (7) days of purchase. 
• Process for return is to email Help@ashthomnik.com with order number, name, address and contact info for processing, or inperson at 750 Sunland Park drive, suite J08, El Paso, TX, 79912. 
• Process of refund. Refunds may take up to 5 business days for processing.
